COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. SA Brain & Co Ltd. are running the competition.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. SA Brain & Co Ltd employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
The Prize
The winning prize will be 1 Year of free beer. This will consist of 1 x 12 bottle pack per month. May 2024 to April 2025
The use of specific brands as prizes by SA Brain & Co Ltd does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
SA Brain & Co Ltd.’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on 31st April 2024.
SA Brain & Co Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and SA Brain & Co Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by SA Brain & Co Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants will be given the option to subscribe to receive communication from SA Brain & Co Ltd. If you do choose to subscribe, you are free to unsubscribe at any time.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing sales@sabrain.com.
If requested by SA Brain & Co Ltd, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other competition participants.
The winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on SA Brain & Co Ltd.’s website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
SA Brain & Co Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants because of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
SA Brain & Co Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

- Competition Entry
1.1. To enter on Facebook, entrants must follow the Brains Brewery page, like the competition post, share the post, and comment on who the Jersey is for.
1.2. To enter on Instagram, entrants must follow the Brains Brewing account, like the competition post, comment on who the jersey is for, and share the post to their stories.
1.3. The Competition opens on Wednesday, 28th February 2024, and closes at 12 Noon on March 1st, 2024.
1.4. There will be one overall winner chosen from all entrants across Facebook and Instagram.
1.5. Entrants can enter at any point between these dates.
1.6. Entrants can only enter the Competition once but can engage with the post (like, share, comment,) as many times as they like.
1.7. The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Brains Brewery and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition.
2. Competition Prizes
2.1. The prize for winning the competition is a limited-edition Brawn Again Rugby Jersey. Sizes available: Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL, XXXL, XXXXL.
2.2. The Prizes are as stated and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods, or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing by Brains Brewery, the Prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner only.

3.1. By entering the Competition, you consent to your surname, photograph, and basic information about you being disclosed on Brains Brewery's digital channels or other media if you win any Prizes under the Competition.
3.2. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By entering the Competition, you agree that Brains Brewery may contact you in relation to the Competition.
3.3. Brains Brewery will contact competition winners. You must provide accurate contact details on notification. On being contacted, winners may be asked to provide evidence that they are 18 or over.
